Stream and Usage Data

To provide real-time TikTok Live tracking, alerts, and dashboard features, we process public live stream events associated with the TikTok handle you enter via our live ingestion worker. We do not ask for your TikTok password or require official TikTok OAuth for core monitoring features.

We store activity logs from your live sessions (such as chat, joins, and gifts), the TikTok viewer identifiers shown in your dashboard, and when you open a viewer profile from the activity feed or leaderboard. Retention of stored logs depends on your subscription plan.

We also collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP address, session activity, and feature interactions to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Communications

If you contact us or request a password reset, we process your email address and the content needed to respond to your request.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:
